I’m a firm believer in giving credit where credit is due. If I get good service, I will make it known to the provider and equally if I get bad service, I will let the provider know that I am unsatisfied. These days it seems all to normal for customers to get a raw deal for their hard earned money and people don’t even bother to complain anymore. They just accept the bad service and move on.
Well bad service is definitely not in the vocabulary of the famous Primi Piatti restaurants as I’ve come to experience over and over again. Their slogan “Work is love made visible”, which is displayed on the waiters’ uniforms, bears testament to how they run their business with pride and value their customers.
My personal favourite is Primi Piatti in the V & A Waterfront. It has such a relaxed, friendly and fun atmosphere and the waiters are always cheery and giving their utmost best. No matter what time of the day you go there and who you decide to take along – husband, wife, mom, dad, grandparents, sister, brother, friends – and trust me I’ve brought them all at some stage already! You will ALWAYS have a fabulous time at this place.
Their menu suits most tastes and includes breakfast, pasta, meat, seafood, pizza, cocktails (absolutely yummy!), wine and coffee so you will definitely be spoilt for choice. And with the fast AND fresh way these guys prepare food, you will not be disappointed either! Real value for money and a ten out of ten rating from me every. single. time.
